This lake house was renovated in 2003. No architect was involved with the project; the owner and builder designed all construction details. This home includes IPE decking,  douglas fir trim, a luxurious new wrap-around porch, cedar shingle siding, and barrel dormers that were custom-designed by the owner and builder.
