This net-zero home was completed in 2017. The house has 12-inch double wall construction with rock-wool insulation (R38). The roof is blow-in cellulose with an R60 rating. The exterior is Boral trim and siding. The house has a heat pump for climate control as well as a solar array tracking system that provides electricity. In addition, there is a water vapor fireplace, Marvin windows, and insulated window treatments in a track system.
